Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Merchandise must be accompanied by the return slip when returning the item(s).
Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalized. Allow up to 5 business days after receiving an email for the funds to reach your credit/debit card.
Merchandise purchased from birdini.com must be returned directly to the address listed on your return slip.
Merchandise purchased from Birdini stores or from other retailers selling our brand, including department stores, must be returned to the originating store and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
You’re welcome to use your preferred carrier at your own cost. However, Birdini recommends sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund.
